John A. Campbell, Chief Executive Officer

John A. Campbell is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Franchise Masters. His background in franchising spans over 27 years with companies like Super Valu Stores, Barbario Cheese Houses, International Dairy Queen, Bridgeman's Ice Cream Parlors and Restaurants, and The Barber's Hairstyling Salons. Through his leadership, Franchise Masters has served over 350 clients nationwide, including many Fortune 1000 Companies.

Mr. Campbell brings a vast knowledge of franchise development and marketing to Franchise Masters along with a keen sense of business expansion techniques and planning. He has been effective is business and franchising strategy, is knowledgeable when slow vs. rapid growth in business is required, and has been successful at fulfilling the Company's motto "We Build Companies" through his leadership.

Mr. Campbell is a business graduate of Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota and continued his education through graduate studies at the University of Minnesota, St. Thomas College and Stanford University.

He is a member of the International Franchise Association, the Council of Franchise Suppliers, the Advertising and Promotion Committee of the International Franchise Association, the Council of Independent Professional Consultants, and has been very active in many local, business, and school activities. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Normandale College and St. Thomas University, formerly the Board of Directors of the International Franchise Association, and a frequent lecturer at seminars and classes at the International Franchise Association, University of Nebraska, University of the Pacific, University of Minnesota, Normandale College, University of St. Thomas, various franchisors and other organizations. He was formerly President of the Council of Franchise Suppliers, chaired several committees for the International Franchise Association, has been the guest lecturer nationally for the regional management meetings for IFA for four years in nearly 40 cities and has chaired the International Marekting Conference for the IFA for four years. He is also a frequent writer for articles for various national publications. He remains active in participating with each client company's expansion program and provides the leadership and guidance necessary to help make their businesses more successful. David Mitchell

After graduating from the University of Minnesota in Marketing and Advertising, David Mitchell joined a small retail organization which became a household word now known as Target. As the youngest member ever to be named to the Key Management Group he played an active role in the development of Merchandising. Operations, and Financial Divisions of Target from a 4-store collection to the company in its current form as known today.

David developed the perspective of a multi-site, multi-state franchisee when

he left Target to next build the largest franchisee operation within the 385 store Wicks’N’Sticks Franchise with stores throughout the U.S. During the same period, he verticalized his operation to capitalize on the opening Asian markets becaming the largest supplier to the franchise as well as to the dept. store industry .

He was selected to serve as franchisee delegate to the International Franchise Association, sat on the WNS Franchise Advisory Board, he was a founding Board member of the Franchise Owners Association, and has been used as a resource by the Wall Street Journal, Detroit Free Press and the Seattle Times. He volunteered as a Small Business Consultant for the Minneapolis Economic Development Association.

Most recently he has served as Director of Corporate Operations for Dry Cleaning Station, a national franchisor of green Dry Cleaning Franchises, developing the company’s marketing programs, site selections program and the operations infrastructure.

Barbara Frank,  Graphics & Design

Barbara became nationally known throughout the music and entertainment industry as a dominant advertising and graphics resource in the concert and theatre promotion business as owner of Graphic Communications Inc. .for over 20 years. She has provided promotional material design and placement strategies for countless internationally known musical artists and Off Broadway Theatre road productions.

In addition, she has also served consumer goods manufactures and non-profits providing graphic design and collateral material sourcing for all aspects of promotions from packaging to new product introductions to billboards.

Barb has worked in the franchising industry producing a variety of franchisee to consumer campaigns incorporating direct mail, coupon stategies, door hangers, b2b campaigns and van graphics to Franchisor corporate signing programs.



Marnie Raleigh, President of Evolve-Systems

Marnie holds degrees in Business Management and Marketing.  She has held senior executive positions in several industries including Finance, IT, Health and Commercial Construction.  While in the Construction Industry she was consistently awarded with the most increased market penetration and largest levels of sales growth nationwide.  She has spoken at several national venues on the topics, which include “Balancing Family with Business” and “Running a Home and Office.”  These accomplishments have led to Ms. Ochs-Raleigh being asked to participate as a sitting member on Senator Norm Colman's Small Business Tax Task Force.

Ms. Ochs-Raleigh is recognized as a dynamic marketing partner and has become an asset to mentoring business owners looking to grow their own market segments.  Ms. Ochs-Raleigh spoke recently at the Metropolitan Economic Development Association (MEDA).  In February of 2007 Ms. Ochs-Raleigh was featured in Upsize Magazine (upsizemag.com) with a full length article on Evolve Systems because of their forward thinking in “right” sourcing to technical partners in Russia, keeping Evolve Systems running twenty-four hours a day.   October 2007 Evolve Systems was awarded “Best Practices in Community Impact” from Upsize Magazine.  In November 2007 Ms. Ochs-Raleigh was a featured panelist for a business leadership conference on business mentoring and establishing strategic alliances within the business community and growing a business in a flat economy. In January of 2008, Ms. Ochs-Raleigh joined the Board of Directors for the Alexandra House, a resource and refuge for battered women.  March 2008 the National Association of Woman Business Owners Minnesota Chapter awarded Ms. Ochs-Raleigh the “Innovative Business Owner of the year” for her progressive thinking and her technological expertise, which enables Evolve System’s customers to run their business more profitably.

Having successfully launched over 500 websites, Evolve Systems continues to expand affiliate partner relationships while promoting customer satisfaction, enhancing business growth, and capturing global market share.
